Clean-Up Time

Remember that scene in Mary Poppins where she just snaps her fingers to magically clean up the children's nursery?  Yeah, we'll I always thought Mary Poppins was a bit of an uppity show-off. I mean, what's with the flying umbrella? Too good to take a cab, lady?

Usually we're pretty good about making Madeline clean up her toys, but some days we get lazy. Obviously:

It takes Madeline about twenty minutes of singing and cajoling to clean up one puzzle. (Yet, it somehow only takes her about three minutes to wreck the place. Doesn't that break one of Newton's Laws?) Meanwhile, I can clean the whole room in that time.

Plus, it's kind of amusing to see what you're going to find while cleaning up after Hurricane Madeline.

Such as, a hat in the puzzle box:
Some puzzle pieces in her tent: (I'm not sure what Ariel and Merrida are up to in there...)

And some princesses in the frying pan:
I love how Rapunzel seems to be standing on the backs of Aurora and Cindarella to escape the pan. Sigh...princess problems. You always keep it interesting, Maddie Bear.
