And, as usual, I'm stuck....
I'm really torn between the yellow and the raspberry.
I already have the crib, armoire, and curtains. The rug has not been purchased yet and can, and probably will, change.
Madeline's room also has a sloped ceiling, which means that there will be a lot of white in the room as well.
Which do you think?
I like the raspberry, but I think the yellow might be brighter and more cheery for a child.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely raspberry! I think it will look awesome with your crib. Also, it is bright and cheerful but not overpowering.
ReplyDeleteOur bedroom is the raspberry color - it's BOLD amd kind've dark at times. If she's going to be in there a lot, I'd go for the yellow like Sarah suggested.
ReplyDeleteReally tempted to vote for the yellow as yellow is my favorite color. But, I'm afraid it may be overwhelmed with all of that white ceiling. So...I'm voting for the raspberry. Either one is going to look great in Madeline's room! In 13 years or so she will be painting it black anyway...

Thanks for the input! @Mom-She will NOT be painting her room black if I have anything to say about it. @Dawn- Good point about the ceiling. If we go with yellow I think I'll paint the ceiling yellow as well. At least the sloped parts.
